We spend weeks and weeks after the event following up on items not picked up and tallying auction totals. How would you make this process easier?

Because our lines are not long, very few guests leave without paying for and picking up the items they purchased. And because we enter the winning bids into our laptops, the entire event is reconciled before the event is over! Before our team leaves that evening we will give you the following:

  • All of the original bid sheets
  • All signed invoices for each guest who paid for and picked up items at the event
  • Two reconciliation reports

The first report lists every auction package, the winning bid amount, the winning bidder’s name, silent auction total, live auction total and a grand total. The second report is a detailed listing from top to bottom of the amount of dollars spent by each attendee. (This report is very useful for follow-up and personal thank you letters to your guests.)
